  • ground beef gyros, roasted cauliflower
  • chicken & vegetable pasta salad, grilled bread
  • homemade pizza & salad
  • herbed white beans, rice, cucumber salad
  • egg salad sandwiches, kale chips
  • hamburgers on the grill, oven fries, garden green beans

All meals only involve ingredients on my basic master pantry list.
