Lunches

  • Leftovers buffet
  • Cheese, hard-boiled eggs, veggies, and rolls

Dinners

tuna noodle

  • frittata or omelets and salad
  • lemon tuna noodles, cheesy cauliflower
  • grilled cheese on flatbread, grilled veggies
  • grilled steak and microwave mashed potatoes
  • white herbed beans, tomato salad, grilled flatbread
  • hamburgers on the grill, oven fries, cucumber salad

All meals only involve ingredients on my basic master pantry list.
