  • grilled steaks, grilled bread, grilled zucchini
  • frittata, roasted potatoes, roasted veggies
  • no-defrost chicken on rice, glazed carrots
  • ground beef & potato hash, coleslaw
  • chicken alfredo, broccoli
  • pizza & salad

All meals only involve ingredients on my basic master pantry list.
