Yes, the bread is actually cooked on the grill, not just toasted! Another way to get a side dish without heating up the kitchen. We tried this recipe this week and it is definitely a keeper! It’s quite similar to Artisan No-Knead Bread, except without the wait time or the hot oven. Because I was going to be gone most of the afternoon, instead of kneading and letting it rise for an hour, I mixed the dough in the morning and just let it sit on the counter until we were ready to grill dinner that night. It was excellent.
