  • tuna cabbage salad & whole wheat dinner rolls
  • herbed white beans
  • grilled chicken, cucumber & yogurt salad, grilled bread
  • chopped salad
  • pesto pizza
  • hamburgers on the grill, oven fries, Farmer’s Market veggies

All meals only involve ingredients on my basic master pantry list.
