  • with friends: stuffed pizza rolls & raw veggie tray with homemade hummus (chicken salad for the mommies)

Dinners

sauted vegetables

  • homemade refried beans & spanish rice, glazed carrots
  • Asian penne (equal parts veggies & noodles make this an all-in-one dish)
  • tuna melts & sauted vegetables
  • potato hash & salad
  • My birthday: grilled salmon, sauted vegetables, garlic toast

All meals only involve ingredients on my basic master pantry list.
