Menu Plan Monday: Quick & Simple

simple easy homemade family menu plan


  • Breakfast: weekend leftovers (cinnamon rolls or frozen pancakes, toasted) with eggs
  • Lunch: rolls & salami (me: spinach salad)
  • Dinner: cobb salad buffet (with friends), grilled bread


  • Breakfast: Simple Granola with yogurt & berries
  • Lunch: quesadillas (me: salad leftovers)
  • Dinner: baked beans with hot dogs, cornbread


Welcome Home Wednesdays

  • Breakfast: toast with peanut butter and homemade jam
  • Lunch: picnic! rolls, cheese, salami, garden veggies
  • Dinner: homemade pizza


  • Breakfast: Simple Granola with yogurt & berries
  • Lunch: pizza leftovers (me: Parmesan zucchini)
  • Dinner: picnic! Costco rotisserie thighs, veggies, flatbread


  • Breakfast: Simple Granola with milk & raisins
  • Lunch: pbj
  • Dinner: chicken alfredo, salad


  • Breakfast: pancakes from scratch, made by Daddy, with homemade syrup
  • Lunch: bits and pieces (clean out the fridge)
  • Dinner: tuna melts


  • Breakfast: Whole-wheat cinnamon rolls
  • Lunch: hamburger BBQ potluck at our house with our Bible study group

All meals only involve ingredients on my basic master pantry list.

    Don’t you just hate eating the same thing everyday? I know I certainly do.
    This is a wonderful time of year when many bloggers are sharing their summer harvest.
    My husband and I will be heading to the farmers market in a couple of weeks. He actually wants to try his hand at making pickles. It should be fun for both of us.
